My name is Ashley, I am RYT-200 graduate from Kindness Yoga in Denver as well as trained by the Body Wise Foundation and Passion Yoga as a trauma-informed yoga instructor. My passion for movement brought me to this practice 8 years ago. What I fell in love with was the components of yoga that allowed me to be introspective and shed the layers that no longer served me. I believe yoga is a constant practice and there are consistent opportunities for growth and self-study.
