My passion for movement brought me to this practice 8 years ago. What I fell in love with was the components of yoga that allowed me to be introspective and shed the layers that no longer served me. I believe yoga is a constant practice and there are consistent opportunities for growth and self-study. Additionally, I am a social worker and most passionate about trauma work through movement-based practices.
