I have been in the water for more than 17 years, I competed in synchronized swimming for over 17 years, trained and coached the Colombian national team for competitions, and for over 5 years, I have been a certified swim instructor, responsible for helping more people around the world enjoy the water. I have taught swimming classes to babies, infants, youth and adults for 5 years. I’ve taught people who didn’t know anything to swim, people who were afraid of the water, and I’ve designed fitness plans for athletes.
